Dubai Plans to Launch A Network of 50 Offices Around the Globe For Commerce Promotion

According to Dubai business news – Dubai will establish a network of 50 representative offices across five continents over the next few years to promote the emirate’s economic interests as it strives to become one of the world’s major corporate hubs.

“We are the most rapidly growing, diversified and fast-growing city, Our goal through Dubai Global is to convey our story to the world … and that the world communicates commercially and economically through” Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Council, said on Twitter on Tuesday.

The Global Dubai network aims to attract additional investments, open markets and provide national companies with international exposure.
According to the announcement, the commercial representative offices would offer services including market research and details on legislative processes to assist businesses in making decisions. Additionally, they will offer logistical support to Dubai-based businesses looking to grow internationally.

As part of the latest initiative, the emirate also aims to diversify trade by preparing studies on business opportunities in vital markets and establishing and maintaining reliable local and regional business relationships, the statement said.

According to the statement, Global Dubai will also organise business-to-business meetings, corporate and governmental gatherings, as well as international business forums and other regional and international events.
The programme intends to support businesses located in Dubai by giving them logistical support to develop their operations in more than 30 prospective markets, as well as to reinforce Dubai’s status as one of the top business centres in the world.

Dubai Global, a new vision

Sheikh Hamdan said, “Our goal is to globalise our national companies, attract global investments, and add new markets to our global business lines.”

He continued, “opening 30 new markets, luring thousands of investors, and creating the best economic environment in the world” are additional objectives.
