JustClean: Achieving Outstanding Results In A Short Period

JustClean is presently active in Kuwait, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia, with plans to expand into other markets shortly.

JustClean is a marketplace platform that offers on-demand dry cleaning and laundry services to businesses and consumers. It was founded in 2017 by Athbi and Nouri Al Enezi. The firm aims to digitise the $3 billion laundry sector in the region.

JustClean began out as Masbagti (Arabic for “my laundry”), which the Al-Enezi brothers billed as Kuwait’s first on-demand laundry service marketplace app.

JustClean provides a way for you to use the Services and transmit your Job Orders to Service Providers all across the nation.

JustClean’s goal is to give clients an easy and convenient service by linking them to Service Providers in their region that provide various dry cleaning, laundry, and wash-iron services.

JustClean & Careem
JustClean, a Kuwait-based online laundry platform, announced (in August 2019) a new collaboration with Careem, the MENA ride-hailing pioneer, in which the two businesses would provide exclusive deals and discounts to users of their respective applications.

Customers who place an order through the JustClean platform will receive a voucher to use on the Careem rides that will save them 20% on four rides per month, while new users will receive a 50% discount on their first two journeys.

JustClean & LinkedIn
JustClean, one of the GCC’s most popular tech-based laundry startups and mobile apps, has announced(in August 2019) that it will continue to collaborate with LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional social network. The two companies’ collaboration seeks to tackle the market’s different obstacles by gaining access to the world’s largest network of experienced professionals and developing the startup’s staff.

“JustClean has distinguished itself from regional rivals by delivering technology solutions to challenges encountered not just by customers, but also by laundry company operators,” said Athbi Al-Enezi, a co-founder of JustClean. Everyone in our market values the user experience above all else, yet we’ve seen most of our competitors utterly overlook the B2B value chain. JustClean aspires to be the preferred solution provider for cleaning business owners in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), serving to both B2B and B2C segments.” “Throughout the preceding six months of COVID-19, we have strengthened our model as a dynamic and fluid one that is adaptable to market conditions, and we have learnt a lot. We have created new revenue streams that are diversified and sustainable,” Nouri Al Enezi, a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of JustClean concluded. JustClean has become an employer of choice with a corporate culture focused on innovation and community investment as a result of our unwavering commitment to providing a stress-free, user-friendly, and highly efficient service.”

JustClean, a GCC-based laundry technology startup, has raised $8 million in a Series B round of funding from Faith Capital Holding, a MENA-focused venture capital firm. JustClean intends to use this investment to accelerate the company’s growth in its current markets as well as expand into new cleaning sectors.

“As the company’s first and only institutional investor, Faith Capital is committed to assisting JustClean in succeeding in the GCC cleaning sector by leveraging our extensive resources, which include an advisory team with decades of combined experience operating and scaling businesses in difficult competitive environments,” said Mohammed Jaffar, CEO of Faith Capital and Founder of Jaffar.
