According to virtue zone,to get a tourism license, “You’ll need an outline of your business plan, a clean criminal record certificate and if starting a travel agency in Dubai, a ‘No Objection Certificate’ (NOC) from the Civil Aviation Authority if you plan to sell airline tickets. This must be renewed annually 30 days before expiry.”

  1. Apply for visas of the agency’s employees: For a 60 days employment visa, the agency must register on the Ministry of Interior’s e-channels portal for staff entry permits so that employees from outside can come work for the agency.

  1. Getting a Corporate Bank Account: A trade license is necessary to get your business recognized.
