About the platform

In 2013, there were a few social media monitoring and listening technologies available in the market, but none of them was Arabic-oriented. This presented an opportunity for Ahmed Saad and Bahaa Galal, who created Crowd Analyzer, the world's first Arabic-oriented online monitoring programmed with faultless English monitoring proficiencies. Crowd Analyzer's popularity escalated in 2013, and as it continues to flourish its founding in Dubai, it has also evolved into the first Arabic-oriented social media monitoring platform, with a technical kitchen in Egypt. The tool has been designed to fulfil the aims of top-tier organizations and corporations such as Mckinsey & Co., UBER, PWC, and many more after earning many accolades.

The company Developed a multilingual AI-powered media monitoring tool for analyzing internet interactions. In addition, it aids in navigating the tides of the consumer’s viewpoint and understanding the hurdles and barriers that affect rivals to develop the best marketing plans and techniques. As a result, users will be able to use data to authorize their businesses, resulting in effective social media campaigns and marketing plans.
